What does VitaminSEA taste like?

A good word to describe the flavour is ZINGY! It’s got a really tangy citrus flavour to it, but this is balanced by the apple juice. Remember its 100% natural, no colourings or flavourings- this is pure juice.

Is VitaminSEA tasty?

YES- of course! (Who us? Biased?!) All of the antioxidants make pure seaberry juice quite tart, so we’ve balanced this with some yummy apple juice and a dash of lemon juice to make a great combination.

How best to enjoy VitaminSEA?

VitaminSEA is at it’s very best when served chilled from the fridge. Some people like to start their day with a dose of VitaminSEA as a breakfast juice. Others enjoy it with some sparkling water as an afternoon thirst quencher. Why not let us know your favourite way of enjoying VitaminSEA?

Do I have to store VitaminSEA in the fridge?

No; because VitaminSEA is packed full of vitamin C it can be stored quite happily at ambient temperatures. Look at the bottom of the can for the enjoy-by date. We do suggest you pop it in the fridge and chill the juice before opening though.

Can you offer me some good advice?

Aside from drinking VitaminSEA you mean? Well how about planting some trees. As the proverb goes; a society grows great when old men plant trees in whose shade they know they never shall sit.

Why does my VitaminSEA juice separate out?

Well seaberry juice is quite an oily juice (thats all the omega oil berry goodness) so it does tend to separate out after awhile. That’s why we suggest giving the can a vigorous shake before you open it. We did look into trying to overcome the separation issue, but it involved a whole load of additives that we could barely pronounce let alone spell!
This really didn’t align with our core values of making a simple natural juice, so we scrapped that idea right away.

What is a good mantra to live your life by?

Well there are plenty to choose from. We think life is just too short for dull socks. Go on, ditch those grey, black, beige and browns. Now is the time to get some colour and patterns on your tootsies.

Are you carbon neutral?

We don’t know the answer to this just yet. However, we are currently working with some clever people to determine just how much CO2 our 2000+ sea buckthorn trees are sequestering.

Can I recycle your packaging?

Yes please do your bit. We chose to use aluminium cans over glass bottles as they are one of the most recycled forms of packaging. Whats more, they are lighter for freight (less fuel used transporting them around) and they take less energy to recycle back into a can (compared to glass/plastic). Our boxes and paper tape are also 100% recyclable.

What to do when life feels overwhelming?

Get outside and immerse yourself in nature. Stop. Listen. Look around. Take a moment. Breathe in the fresh air. Doctors are prescribing this now.
For us, we always find sanctuary in going for a good walk with Dyson the dog out on the great Cornish coastline.
